The launch path for custom projects
Four stages, one person responsible for all of them, and two weeks of care after launch.
- 01
Idea
We talk the idea through from every side until we both know exactly what we're building, and why.
- 02
Presentation
Before any code, I work out how the system will run, set the design rules, and find the hard problems early. Then I walk you through it all in a presentation, so you see each problem, how I solved it, and what the core system will look like.
- 03
Design & Development
Once we agree on the plan, I design and code the interface, map how people move through the app, how the system answers them, and where the data lives.
- 04
Launch & Aftercare
After launch I stay with you for two weeks, free. I follow up on feedback, fix whatever shows up after delivery, and adjust the site if you need changes. It's already part of the project price.
